Since 2018, Ben has edited the Rum Reader, an online magazine investigating the exciting innovations and deep history of Caribbean rum and hosted the Daiquiri Dossier, an ongoing series of cocktail evenings around the country with top bar talent discussing and serving their variations on the classic drink. He previously co-authored The Dead Rabbit Drinks Manual.
