A third generation Charlestonian, Kolender is the esteemed father of two pit bulls, an amateur motorcycle mechanic, and a shameless promoter of restaurant apparel from friends everywhere. Kolender started Found Oyster with Last Word Hospitality in 2019, and leads the company in all aspects of culinary development, developing kitchen talent, and generally making food that you can’t stop thinking about.
