Chef Andrew Wilson, an exceptional culinary talent with over three decades of experience started off as a young dishwasher and busboy, setting the stage for a lifelong passion for food. After working his way up and receiving formal training at the California Culinary Academy, he refined his skills under the mentorship of three James Beard Award-winning chefs. This diverse experience provided him with a rich tapestry of culinary influences and eventually brought him to Charleston, SC. Wilson’s style melds classic French techniques with California’s vibrant, seasonal ethos, perfectly aligning with Park & Grove’s vision to eat, drink, & move with the seasons. As Head Chef, he curates innovative, locally-inspired dishes that celebrate the beauty of simplicity and seasonality.
