Working as the Pastry Sous Chef at Swank Desserts in Summerville (SC), Amanda has turned what was once a hobby - baking for friends and family - into her career. After joining the Swank team in 2019, Amanda swiftly developed her skills and discovered a love for creating unique desserts that customers adored.

Amanda is passionate about supporting local small businesses, especially woman-owned food and bev establishments! When she’s not in the kitchen, you can find her zipping around on her golf cart to her favorite restaurants with her husband or chilling at home with her three cats!
