Charleston residents and Spanish-food chefs, Alfonso and Rachel Castejón, run a Spanish and Spanish-inspired food pop-up around town. Re-creating classic Spanish dishes and spreading the love for Spanish flavors and culture are part of their daily life. The future will continue to be filled with pop-ups, as well as an online store front where customers can buy imported Spanish products and some of their favorite Castejón menu items for at-home use.
