Hailing from Salisbury, NC, Alex Eaton has called Charleston home for nine years. Her culinary journey began with formal training in hospitality management at Appalachian State University, followed by honing her culinary skills at Central Piedmont Community College. Prior to her role as the executive chef at Estadio, she contributed her talents to the acclaimed restaurant, The Ordinary.

Eaton's culinary approach is an blend of Southern charm and Spanish flavors. She's dedicated to using locally-sourced ingredients to craft dishes inspired by the traditions of Spain. At Estadio, she relies on her relationships with local farmers and fisherman and her menu is driven by the availability of ingredients. She captivates diners by offering an experience that beautifully bridges the gap between the American South and the Iberian Peninsula.
