Found items can be retrieved at the Guest Services Center at the Culinary Village @ Riverfront Park on Friday, March 3 – Sunday, March 5. Following the close of the festival, lost + found items will be available for pick up by appointment only.
Please allow us up to 24 hours after the event to respond to your inquiry. Once we match your items we will reach out to you via email. It’s possible that items will continue to be turned in following the close of the festival. If an item is not matched during the festival, we will keep your information on hand and will reach out should the item be turned in.
IMPORTANT: Only the owner of the lost item can log and claim items. Ownership verification will be required in order to pick up an item.
