Charleston, SC | Holy City Hogs
Tank Jackson grew up in rural South west Georgia before calling the Lowcountry home. A veteran of the Charleston food and beverage industry, his culinary interest blossomed in agriculture. Along with partner Stevan Tuck, their local operation, Holy City Hogs, provides pasture-based heritage breed pork to discerning local chefs and retailers. As a member of the Seersucker Collective (drinking team with a BBQ problem) they travel the country competing and supporting charitable organizations. Holy City Hogs herd is 250+ strong and includes some of the rarest swine in the world, blonde Mangalitsa, Mulefoots and Guinea hogs to name a few. He lives on Wadmalaw Island with his wife Christian, and a son, Ford.
