Holly Herrick is an honors graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris and holds Le Grand Diplome in cuisine and pastry. She is thirty year veteran food journalist, restaurant critic and the author of nine cookbooks. She has called Charleston home for 18 years and enjoys spending her down time with her pets Rocky Rocken Roll and Mr. Purrfect and cooking for friends.
