Executive Chef Joel Vetsch brings 22 years of culinary experience to the kitchen at 60 Bull Cafe. Vetsch refined his approach to cuisine while working at some of Charleston’s longest standing fine dining restaurants. He went on to open a catering private chef company serving clientele around the country. In 2016, Vestch co-launched 60 Bull Cafe in a historic storefront in the downtown neighborhood of Harleston Village.
