Beer, Wine + Spirits Sampling: Dates of Participation

As a potential Beer Garden, Corkyard, or Tippling town exhibitor, you will be presenting all three days. The exhibitor fee is a flat rate of $850 for Standard Exhibitor Table (beer, wine, non alcoholic) and $2,000 for a Bar Activation (spirits).

Yes + I understand that I must submit all additional forms on time in order to have my product included in the on-site beverage retail tent.
Yes + I understand that if selected as a wine vendor, I will only be guaranteed (1) sku featured in the on-site beverage retail store due to limited shelf space.

I understand that this is just an application for a booth space and does not confirm participation.
I understand that the Charleston Wine + Food Culinary Village dates are Friday, March 7th – Sunday, March 9th.
I understand that if selected as an Exhibitor, a representative from my company must attend, in person or online, one of the Exhibitor Training Sessions.
Only when I pay my full participation fee upon approval will my exhibitor space will be secured.
I understand that if selected to exhibit, if serving food/beverage I must come prepared with 3000+ servings per day and am not permitted to sell alcohol.
If exhibiting, I understand that I must maintain a comprehensive General Liability Insurance of at least one million dollars (general aggregate) and $500,000 each occurrence. Charleston Wine + Food must be named as a Certificate Holder. A copy of your General Liability Form must be submitted to Charleston Wine + food no later than January 31, 2025. If you do not maintain this level of insurance, there will be an additional fee of $95 for necessary coverage through CHSWF.
I understand that no one under the age of 21 (including children + infants), and animals are allowed at ANY Charleston Wine + Food event.
I understand that all of my staff must be 21 years of age or older.
