LOOKING FOR TICKETS? NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND A SOLD OUT EVENT? WE’VE GOT YOU.

We are thrilled to bring you The Charleston Wine + Food Ticket Exchange, in partnership with Lyte. Guests who are no longer able to attend an otherwise sold-out event can sell their tickets back, making it possible for those who want to attend to do so.All tickets are safely + securely processed through our Official Ticketing Partner, SquadUP, so guests know they are receiving valid festival tickets issued in their name.

LOOKING TO ATTEND A SOLD OUT EVENT?

Visit the CHSWF Ticket Exchange

Locate the sold out event you are looking to attend; click “Request Tickets” and choose the quantity you’d like to request

Enter your attendee information

Enter your payment information; Lyte takes your payment information upfront to ensure a seamless purchasing process if tickets become available – don’t worry, you’ll only be charged if your request is fulfilled!

Review your request and click “Request Tickets”

Visit the CHSWF Ticket Exchange

Locate the event you are looking to sell your tickets to and log in using the same email you used to purchase the tickets with

Select the ticket(s) you are looking to sell

View the offer; click “Accept” to continue

Enter your PayPal account information

Confirm your information and click “Finish”

What You Need To Know

ATTENDING A SOLD OUT EVENT 

You can log into your Lyte account at any time to view your request status and leave the waitlist at no cost

Your card will be charged and the ticket(s) will be issued once your request becomes available

Lyte charges a per ticket service fee, which ensures you are getting a valid festival ticket issued in your name

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Charleston Wine + Food does not receive any portion of the transactions made via Lyte

SELLING YOUR TICKET

You may only sell your tickets via the CHSWF Ticket Exchange if the event is sold-out and if there is a waitlist demand for the event

Your original tickets will be canceled and will not scan at the event; any returned tickets that attempt to scan in on site may result in forfeiture of your refund

You will receive payment via PayPal directly from Lyte within 14 days of exchanging your ticket

Payment can only be received via PayPal
