Zander Towill has been working in Cornwall, England for most of his career, apart from 2 years spent in New York and a year in Sydney.
Zander was a co founder of Hubbox, a Cornish gourmet burger restaurant which he grew to 5 sites and sold in 2016.
Zander has spent the last 6 at The Ferry Boat Inn. A traditional Cornish riverside pub that he owns with his wife Sarah in the idyllic Helford Passage. He is excited to be bring some delicious Cornish food to Charleston working alongside his brother Ben Towill and the team of Chefs that have made the journey from Cornwall to Charleston.
