Tommy Begnaud is the Executive Chef of the award-winning restaurant, Butcher & the Boar, which has locations in Minneapolis and Charleston. Begnaud's Cajun and Southern influenced cuisine is inspired by his roots in Lafayette, Louisiana. After graduating from culinary school in 2005, Begnaud honed his skills at Minneapolis standout restaurants Coup d'etat and Cafe Maude, and he has appeared on The Food Network and Travel Channel. Begnaud brings a refined yet simple approach to his cuisine, with a dedication to local, seasonal ingredients and a sharp attention to detail.
