Begnaud is the Executive Chef of the Award-Winning Restaurant, Butcher and the Boar. Begnaud developed his signature Cajun and Southern influenced from his family roots in Louisiana. After graduating culinary school in 2005, Begnaud honed his skills and went on to lead Minneapolis standout restaurants Coup d’etat and Café Maude before taking the reins at Butcher and the Boar. He has appeared on both local and national television including The Food Network and Travel Channel.
