With a luxury hospitality background including positions at The Ritz-Carlton Company and Hotel Bennett, Executive Chef Taylor Cunningham incorporates Latin and South American inspiration with ingredients that are native to Charleston, creating a lineup of tapas-style dishes designed to be shared. Drawing on her early fascination with nutrition, Taylor spent the past two years as chef de cuisine of Newport Academy, an organization dedicated to supporting teens who suffer from mental health issues and eating disorders. Taylor applied her studies in social services to teach teens about nutrition through programs such as gardening and cooking classes. Now at the helm of the Gingerline kitchen, Taylor oversees all culinary operations, including creating the menu, preparing dishes, hiring, and managing kitchen staff and inventory.
