Steven Meese

Steven Meese is a nationally recognized Greek-American chef. He is best known for creating and hosting the highly acclaimed PBS series, A Chef’s Journey.

His approach to cuisine is progressive, as is his visually stunning style and technique. Finding his unique approach in the culinary world, Steven has immersed himself in refining his art and craft.

Steven has trained under some of the giants in the culinary world, including proteges of chef of the century Paul BocuseJean LuisAlexander Strata, two Michelin-star Reimund Pitz.

Chef Meese has had the honor to cook for a US President,  as well as entertainment moguls such as  StingBono and many more. He has also been privileged to cook for sports celebrities such as Tiger Woods and Michael Jordan.

He has displayed his world class talent at prestigious James Beard Dinners and some of the largest culinary shows, including the New York City Food & Wine Festival and Euphoria.

Steven is currently touring the country at select Food and Wine shows, as well as with his dinner series, Game and Grapes a unique pairing of some of the most talented chefs in the world, and winemakers, for an unforgettable culinary experience.
