Sheyna McCallister

Years of Participation

Sheyna McCallister’s culinary experience began in her home state of Maine. From there she attended the Culinary Institute of America where she received her Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts.

Upon graduating from CIA, McCallister moved to Charleston to work under Chef Sean Brock and Chef Travis Grimes at Husk. She later went on to work under Chef Jacques Larson at The Obstinate Daughter.

Sheyna McCallister took over her own kitchen at The Gin Joint in 2017 where she hopes to expand the cocktail bar’s food program.
