Shaquille Fontenot is a private chef, recipe developer, educator, and serial entrepreneur specializing in 100% plant-based cuisine, and strategic brand growth. Her culinary career began with independent restaurant groups in 2011 in Clemson, SC, and after spending several years teaching and in corporate development, she returned to the culinary arts to focus on healing through food. She is now chef-owner of FairyFresh Foods, which offers private dining, meal-prep, and consultation services in Charleston and surrounding areas. She is certified by Rouxbe plant-based cuisine and nutrition, as well as in food safety.
