Shammai, born in the Bay Area and coming to NYC by way of Denver has proven an eagerness to learn and grow in the New York City Bar scene. She arrived 3 years ago and has worked in the lobby bar at the Edition Hotel, became the head bartender at Hawksmoor, worked at Grand Army and is one of the opening bartenders for Superbueno. Started from the door and eventually found herself tapping tins and shaking cocktails. Shammai is refined, elegant, and witty.
