In 2019, Setrini and his wife Lani started their pop up restaurant - Bok Choy Boy. Scheduling their pop-ups throughout local breweries in Charleston, their food is inspired by their heritage, the experiences with various cultures from different cities and the direct reflection of what they like to cook and eat at home.
Partnered with Charles Towne Fermentory, Bok Choy Boy has a permanent location in West Ashley pairing their Filipino Pan-Asian Cuisine with the top rated beers from the Fermentory.
