Sean C. Thomas is a native of the Carolinas and a graduate of the Horry-Georgetown Technical College Culinary Arts program. He has developed and executed menus as Executive Chef at Webster’s Lowcountry Grill and Tavern, Capriz Italian Feast, The Divine Dining Group, Pomodoro’s Trattoria the Corporate Executive Chef for Bondfire Restaurant Group and most recently pawleys island newest eatery The Coastal Dish restaurant located adjacent to the picturesque Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort, Chef Thomas specializes in many cuisines, including Lowcountry, Molecular and progressive French. He has been recognized by the American Culinary Federation on many occasions and was named as the Grand Champion of South Carolina’s Seafood Challenge in 2013.
