Sarah comes to the beverage world via a food background. From working in Emeril’s culinary department to founding her own restaurant, she has explored many a culinary path, but ultimately wine stole her heart with its infinite intricacies.These days she can found spearheading the wine program at the Exchange at Edmund's Oast working to create a diverse inventory and classes for wine lovers of all backgrounds.
