Ray England

Chef Ray England grew up in North Fork, Idaho where he worked on his family’s ranch.
It was there that he learned about raising, growing, and hunting as a food source. He started in his first restaurant at the early age of 15 and showed promise before climbing the ladder to work at prestigious places in Oregon, Colorado, Alaska, California, and now South Carolina.
Most of his career took place as Chef for Tom Colicchio’s Craft in Los Angeles, But in 2015 when he and his wife had the opportunity to move to the low country they took it.
