Ken Roe was born and raised in Charleston before moving to Hawaii in his 20s to pursue his passion: surfing. Ken met his wife Pam on the shores of Maui where she introduced him to all the local grindz the island had to offer. Together they opened and ran restaurants across the country, with Ken at the front managing and Pam in the back on the books.

Now, after 20+ years in the restaurant business bringing other people’s dreams to life, Ken and Pam are finally running their own food truck! Shaka Shrimp is a Hawaiian-style food truck serving up shrimp plate lunches and a rotating selection of onolicious specials. We’re so excited to serve you at Charleston Wine + Food!
