Years of Participation
Miguel de Leon is a sommelier of color in NYC. In 2021 he earned the inaugural Michelin Sommelier of the Year Award and was named one of Imbibe Magazine's 75 People Working to Build a Better Drinks World. In 2022, he earned the James Beard Foundation Media Award for his work on decolonizing the beverage space, and was named as one of Wine Enthusiast's inaugural Future 40 class. Black Lives Matter.
