Originally from Fairfax VA but moved to CHS in 2007. Im a CofC 2011 alum. I have worked food and bev since I was14 years old and worked around town throughout college. After gaduating I got a job at Fat Hen where I worked for four years and worked my way up to Sous chef. In 2015 I took over as the executive chef at 167 Raw and have been there since. We have an awesome crew there and it's super humbling and inspiring to have a line out the door almost every day. We are very excited to host an event this year and show off our new digs!
