A bartender for almost a third of his life, Matthew Miller has made cocktails on the beach in Saint Croix, served fine spirits at The Rainier Club in Seattle, and worked elbow to elbow with some of Charleston’s best at Sermet’s Courtyard and The Establishment. Miller moved to the low country to attend The Charleston School of Law and founded his own law firm after graduating in 2016. A lawyer by day, he can still be found in the evening pouring drinks at Seanachai Whiskey and Cocktail Bar on Johns Island. At Seanachai, he serves as the creative director for the cocktail menu and is known for his inventive and interesting drinks. He also serves as the Vice President of Sales for Mark and Andy’s Bitters – a small local craft bitters company.
