Matt Greene

Chef Matt Greene is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and and was born in New York City. His culinary experience covers an array of cuisines, from Asian to Mediterranean in fine dining venues, hotels and catering. A passion for great food and ingredients, sparked during his internship in Chicago has been the driving force behind his cooking, and his focus since moving to Charleston in 2009.  He is now the Executive Chef of Special Events with Hall Management Group.
