Matt Branca

Matt Branca is the Southeast Regional Manager for European Cellars. A Certified Sommelier and culinary school graduate, Matt directed the wine programs at some of the country’s top hotels and private resorts before finding his niche as a fine wine brand ambassador. Matt has Lowcountry ties having lived on Johns Island while working as the Sommelier at the Ocean Room at the Sanctuary on Kiawah Island. Prior to a career in beverage, he was a rock-climbing guide and instructor, and he brings that same sense of adventure to the discovery of new wines.
