Originally from the Dominican Republic, after 12 years of experience around different cultures and locations, got established in North Carolina, where I’ve had work in amazing places and create awesome food to deliver the best experiences. Found myself in love with the simplicity of the ingredients, and with little bit of love and technique, we can elevate them to the most amazing concepts.
