Lauren challenges her team to push boundaries, crafting everything from cookies and small treats to artful confections, plated desserts, wedding cakes, and elegant petit fours. Lauren draws inspiration from those around her and exudes infectious passion, unique perspective and inspirational mastery of technique. Lauren's pastry team is growing and evolving, looking forward to expanding production in the near future.
