Kimberly Patton-Bragg, or “KPB” as her friends and family call her, is the Bar Director at Palm&Pine, a New Orleans restaurant featuring the cuisines and culinary traditions of “the South and south of that” (Louisiana, the southern states, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America). In this role, Kimberly uses her creative expertise to manage Palm&Pine’s Pine Bar bar program, creating thoughtful specialty cocktails with a sense of place and curating wine and spirits lists to compliment the restaurant’s vibrant cuisine.

A French Quarter resident, Kimberly began her career in the service industry working in New York City where she held various manager, buyer and bartender positions. Later moving to New Orleans where she found her groove behind the bar. Since then, Kimberly has been a fixture in the New Orleans cocktail scene working for and making her mark on several notable New Orleans establishments including Three Muses, Latitude 29, the Swizzle Stick Bar and Molly’s at the Market.

Kimberly has been recognized for her mixology work receiving ‘Mixologist of the Year’ from New Orleans Magazine in 2017, ‘Secret Order of the Sazerac’ from Tales of the Cocktail and was most recently included in Imbibe Magazine’s 2022 ‘The Imbibe 75’.

Wildly creative and with a deep passion for spirits, Kimberly has made a lasting mark on the Pine Bar serving locals and visitors her delicious (alc & non-alc) concoctions.
