A career food and beverage professional, Katie attended New England Culinary Institute in Vermont where she focused on hospitality and restaurant management. Katie spent time in a vast array of culinary establishments throughout the North East before moving to Charleston in 2017. She has helped open 12 restaurants and prides herself on training and cultivating a positive and nurturing culture. As spring 2025 approaches, Katie is onto another opening of Two Bit Club inside Hotel Richemont, part of the Indigo Road Hospitality Group, as their General Manager.
