After graduating from Johnson & Wales University in 2012, he went on to build an impressive resume that includes working with prestigious establishments such as The Capital Grille, playing a pivotal role in the opening of Eddie V’s in Charlotte, and refining his skills in the dynamic environment of Cooks & Soldiers in Atlanta. Each of these experiences have influenced his approach to crafting dishes that celebrate fresh ingredients and bold flavors.
