Warlick is a born and bred Charlestonian and is proud to have helped it become the culinary mecca it is today. After attending Clemson University for a short time, he sought a different path, and moved back to Charleston and began working in kitchens at 18. With over 22 years of experience, he has cooked world cuisine at Meritage, classic French at La Fourchette and Asian fusion at Pier 41. He began working at Leon’s Fine Poultry and Oyster Shop in 2015. Josh
became the Head Chef at Monza Pizza Bar in June 2019.
