Josh got his start in food service working at his moms restaurant in Georgia as a bus boy and dishwasher. After working in the industry for over 20 years as a cook and corporate chef he opened his food truck specializing in southeast Asian inspired southern soul food. He now has a full service location at the Workshop in Charleston South Carolina as well as running the food truck.
