Jorge Brito, Executive Chef at Taco Boy, brings a decade of experience and a culinary style he describes as “old school American chef with a Latin twist.” Born in Brooklyn, NY, Jorge discovered his passion for cooking at 17, training under established chefs in New York City and developing a deep appreciation for how food brings people together. Dedicated to leading and teaching his team, Jorge sees his role as more than a chef—he’s a captain, motivator, and mentor. Drawn to Taco Boy’s commitment to fresh, scratch-made cuisine, he’s inspired by its cultural roots and direction. His favorite menu item is the Chicken Tinga, a perfect blend of spice and flavor, and he’s proud to create dishes that connect people and leave smiles on their faces.
