A New Englander at heart, Jeff found his love for seafood while working summers on Nantucket and went on to open multiple restaurants.

Chef Jeff is just as big of a fan of the hole-in-the-wall clam shacks as he is of the upscale oyster bars and steak houses. He likes to showcase the natural beauty of the ocean’s bounty but also isn’t afraid to elevate dishes with his natural creativity.

He was inspired to open The Swell so he can have a direct connection to the suppliers, the farmers, and the guests. Jeff believes the difference is in the details (just take a look at his oysters)!
