Executive Chef Jeanne Oleksiak’s passion is making good food, and it’s something that she has done a lot of in her career. The first dinner party Oleksiak held was when she was just 15 years old, cooking for her peers and their parents. Now cooking for locals and tourists of Charleston, S.C.  alike, one thing remains the same – Oleksiak is still impressing everyone who indulges in her creations. Guests dining at Herd Provisions can expect to enjoy unique dishes featuring locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. "I have never been afraid to try new combinations of flavors and ingredients", says Oleksiak about Herd's inventive and everchanging menu. When Oleksiak is not working, she enjoys spending time with her two beautiful daughters.
