Jason Cousins is the National Brand & Education Ambassador for Bruichladdich Distillery Co., with over a dozen years of experience as a bartender, mixologist, beverage director, consultant, and trade educator in NYC bars, restaurants, and hotels. With his industry beginnings in busy Tribeca hotel bars and landmark dining institutions, Jason went on to direct beverage programs for pioneering boutique hotel groups, and as a consultant, launched successful bars and restaurants in Manhattan and Brooklyn and worked with major hotel chains on the east coast. He has worked as a brand ambassador for Bruichladdich and the Botanist for over eight years in the Northeast US, and is excited to expand his role nationally, as a passionate educator and believer in the values-led mission of Bruichladdich Distillery Co.
