Jason Brumm is partner & chef for A.Ray Hospitality’s latest project. His work as a chef, restaurant consultant, operations director and culinary director spans more than 15 years. He opened Radius 10 in the Gulch in 2005, which was one of Nashville’s most popular restaurants prior to the culinary boom. He has consulted for many restaurants, including the development of five simultaneous projects in Kentucky, spanning from high end to fast casual. After winning on Food Network’s Chef Wanted in 2012, Brumm went on to be the chef at JW Marriott in Denver for two years.
He returned to Nashville to act as full time Culinary Operations Director for Strategic Hospitality; his projects during that time include consultation for Pinewood Social, Merchants, Paradise Park, The Band Box and Le Sel. Other local consulting projects include The Food Company/Greenhouse Bar, Centerplate at the Music City Center, and LP Field.
Brumm will oversee concept and menu development for the new A.Ray Hospitality project, which will be announced in the coming months. He lives in Nashville with his wife and children.
