“Izzy” Isabel Tulloch fell in love with hospitality at 15 while working at a pizzeria in her native
home of New Jersey. Her sincere focus on genuine hospitality has made Izzy a named fixture of
the NYC bar world, with previous roles as Beverage Director at HiHi Room, behind the bar
at the acclaimed Clover Club, and most recently at Milady's, establishing such.

Having worked at Miladys since it’s opening while very quickly taking the reigns of Head
Bartender & menu development, Tulloch led the reimagined SoHo dive and its brilliant team
to North America 50 Best Bars placements (2023 and 2024), a top 4 nomination for Spirited
Awards, and one of Esquire’s ‘Best Bars in America.

With deserved recognition in the form of StarChefs “Rising Star” nomination, competition wins,
and a Spirited Awards top 10 nomination for U.S. Bartender of the Year, Izzy oozes joy behind
the bar while continuing to show all who sit at her bar why she is a force that continues to
