Iain Townsend Griffiths (they/them) is a queer hospitality entrepreneur, educator & bartender who has spent more than half their life working across the industry.

Having co-founded two of the most important drinks-based businesses of the last decade, Mr Lyan & Trash Collective (FKA Trash Tiki), they have made a name as someone who creates both innovative & globally acclaimed venues and throws some great parties amongst it all.

Now calling Brooklyn home, Iain is co-owner of the recently opened Bar Snack in East Village NYC
