Hunter Miles was born in Denver, Colorado and lived throughout the US before making Charleston his home in 2011. Following his graduation from the College of Charleston in 2015, he found his passion in food and beverage. He’s previously held the role of Head Bartender at Parcel 32 and General Manager/Beverage Director at Warehouse before becoming a member of the opening team at Bar167 in 2022.

With over 10 years in the Charleston restaurant scene, he is most known for beverage expertise and cocktail creativity. He has been featured in numerous articles and his accolades include Best Downtown Charleston Bartender in Mount Pleasant Magazine Best of 2021.
