Henry Salgado


A familiar face in the Central Florida food scene, Chef Henry Salgado, from the acclaimed Spanish River Grill and Txokos Basque Kitchen is excited to start working on his newest concept, Eldora Porch & Bar which feature Prime Meats, Oysters and a Smokehouse.

Salgado, a fifth generation Floridian, has been nationally recognized for his talent in the kitchen with two James Beard Semi-finalist nominations for Best Chef South. Chef Salgado has received much recognition for his Latin inspired cuisine for both restaurants located in New Smyrna Beach and Orlando, Florida, yet in spite of his Latin heritage, he has a deep love of the South from his early days at the once famous Horseradish Grill in Atlanta.
