Greg Galganski came to Louisville by way of Wisconsin, relocating to the Bluegrass State in search of warmer weather and better bourbon. He joined the Proof on Main + 21c Museum Hotel team in 2017 and has been building a dynamic beverage program ever since. Serving as Lead Bartender, Greg has built an impressive wine collection and whiskey-heavy cocktail program, all blended beautifully alongside a world-class bourbon selection, including the exclusive private barrel “21c Selects” program. As an avid lover of travel, Greg’s distinguished curation of libations from around the world all find a home here in the heart of Downtown Louisville.

When Greg isn’t at work, you can expect to find him sipping good rum or sparkling wine, or biking around town in search of the perfect burrito.
