Graham Markel is the Winemaker and the Chief Creative Officer at Buona Notte Wines. Raised in Boulder, Colorado, and his mother’s Italian cooking school abroad, Markel was surrounded by gastronomic delights from an early age. Now living in Portland, Oregon, Markel spends most of his time making Italian-style wines from the Columbia Gorge, cooking for people, and creating experiences that bring it all together.
