He brings a culinary approach to cocktail creation, which is the foundation of the beverage program at Bar Belly NYC. Drawing from his experiences at prestigious bars like ECC, Dead Rabbit, and Blacktail, Federico has established a sustainable culture at Bar Belly.

As the owner and beverage director, he focuses on fostering constant self-improvement within his team.
