Fabiana is originally from Trujillo, Peru, and grew up in Charleston, South Carolina. The day after turning 21 she began to bartend, and accidentally fell in complete love with it. Since then has worked at a Forbes rated hotel, a James Beard award winning restaurant, and now gets to specialize and focus on the craft of cocktailing! Fabiana has won Speedrack SE, and has been a national finalist in USBG Perfectionist. With her career beginning to really kickstart, and so much more on the horizon, she brings sunshine and a party anywhere she goes.
